Congratulations on prioritizing your health and wellness by taking this incredible step! Joining our community means that you are now part of a global network of millions of individuals who have experienced the amazing benefits of natural health methods such as hot and cold therapies, breathing exercises, red light therapy and more.

Our mission is to empower individuals like you to take control of their mental, physical, and emotional well-being through these natural methods.

Your Optimyze Center Session is designed to be 1 - full hour of pure rejuvenation, including:

• Compression Therapy (for legs, hips, or arms)

• Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Session

• Cold Water Therapy, accompanied by mindset and breath coaching

• Warm Water Hydrotherapy (contrast therapy)

As an added bonus, you have the opportunity to upgrade your session with an additional therapy of your choice from the following list:

Upgrades Red Light therapy, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) , Biocharger®, NuCalm®, Brain Tap® Halo Therapy and the Pandora Star.
